Booking and Reservations
How to Book
Booking a skip with us is straightforward. You can reserve a skip by filling out our online form or contacting our customer service team. Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking reference number.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Maximum Load Limits
Each skip has a specified maximum load limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges. Please adhere to the weight restrictions to ensure safe transportation.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery Times
We strive to deliver skips promptly within the agreed timeframe. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Collection Times
Collections are scheduled based on the initial booking agreement. Please ensure the skip is accessible at the designated time to avoid delays.
Delays and Rescheduling
In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate changes without incurring additional fees.
Responsibilities of the Customer
Accessibility
Customers must ensure that there is adequate access to the delivery and collection points. This includes sufficient space and safe pathways for the skip to be placed.
Safety Instructions
Please adhere to all safety instructions provided upon delivery. Ensure that the skip is not blocked by debris and that children and pets are kept away from the skip area.
Reporting Damage
Any damage to the skip upon delivery should be reported immediately. Failure to report damages within 24 hours may result in liability for repair costs.
Liabilities and Insurance
Company's Liability
While we take utmost care in handling your waste, Hatch End Skip Hire is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Customer's Insurance Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage for the materials being disposed of. We are not liable for losses resulting from uninsured materials.
Termination of Service
Grounds for Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services if a customer violates these terms, including the disposal of prohibited materials or failure to comply with safety instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy. In cases of service termination due to customer misconduct, refunds will not be provided.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the customer's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.
